This jersey was originally issued to #12 Jim Sorgi for the 2004 season. This was professionally stripped and customized by the Seattle Seahawks official customizer with the Super Bowl 41 patch added to replicate Peyton Mannings jersey worn when the Colts finally reached the mountain top and defeated the Chicago Bears in the Super Bowl.
